Any purchase for a set top box package (online package excluded) qualifies for a 30 day trial from the date of purchase (this starts from the moment you place your order). If you are not satisfied with our service within 30 days of this date, you can login to your online account or call customer service for a return authorization.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, once the set top box is received, the customer will get a full refund for the set top box (minus shipping costs).
The box must be in reasonable condition with original packaging and accessories, or our service may charge for missing items or damage by reducing the amount of the refund.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deducted from the refund of the security deposit at fair value of the cost of that item.
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from our service. Boxes that are picked up at a store or shipped directly by an our service Merchant must be returned to the merchant; please consult the individual merchant for refund information.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Note, however, that refunds may show up on your credit card up to 10 business days after our service initiates the refund.
